STC – RIYADH DISASTER RECOVERY CENTER
The project consisted of the conversion of a 550 Square Meters Cafeteria in an existing basement in one of STC’s Buildings in Mursalat into a Data Center and the construction of a 270 Square Meters single story Utility Building to serve this Data Center, equipped with 4 X 300 KVA UPS System with all supportive components with TIER IV configuration in the down stream.

The project consists of a Data Center Building having a total built-up area of 29,500 Square Meters out of which 8,000 Square meters of white area.
SAHAYEB DATA CENTERS. (RIYADH)
This Project consists of the Construction of Phase I of three (3) identical Data Centers in Riyadh having initial capacity of 4MW. Phase One consists of: Two Story office building, One Story data Hall, and external works for each Data Center.
